    What Barba_Ruiva said, more or less: aim the gun slightly above the tops of the boxes, press "R", and shoot immediately after.

    The Desert Skill Challenge in the Gun Game is pretty tricky. =/

    Try to restart the challenge (pressing the "R"), then shoot the green one before he hits the box.

    one bullet and it's done ;)
    (continue reseting until you make it)
