    Each place is rather different. Bali is as busy as Jakarta but in a different way, a tourist way. Lombok is the most remote island i've ever been to. Samerang is way too hot and YogJa is amazing with all it's little stalls.

    I quite enjoy indonesia. Bogor suits me well because i'm a pale ginge and it's quite high up which means the sun sets earlier and it's above the mosquito line. It's cooler than most places but still around 30degrees.

    Hey, thanks for the tip :P But i'm very well informed. I spend a few months each year in Indonesia as my Dad lives there. He doesn't live in Jakarta though, thank god. Too busy with traffic for my liking. I'll be living a few hours outside of Central Jakarta in a place called Bogor. I guess it's bang in the middle between Jak and Bandung.

    I'm moving to spend more time with my Dad and i have a job teaching there which starts in July :]

    Yeah, they both have the same meaning, at least to me it seems. Just that the second sentence sounds more....grammatically sound I guess. But both seem acceptable!
