    You're talking about the titles? You get them after achieving a certain amount of Armor Points (AP). You get those points by being active in the community, by commenting, posting in the forums, rating games and, also, creating and submitting games. The APs also help you unlock more avatars (armatars, in this case). Just as simple as that.
