You just have to provide the link to the user you are reporting and the link to the evidence.
Flagging something alerts the admins about the problematic comment. If you see somebody leaving a spammy message, feel free to flag it. However, if it's something that requires an immediate action (ads, for example), you should contact a moderator :)

Though I understand that you are really annoyed by these ads, I have to emphasise that insulting/cursing is not the right way to deal with that and it will definitely get you in trouble. Next time (and if you want, of course), just report them to a moderator and we will take care of it :)
