Custom armatars were submitted for an armatar contest, and those that won could be used. However, they stopped having armatar contests because the person that managed the custom armatars left, or something like that. So for now, there's really no way to get them, unless you hack the site, which isn't the wisest idea since you'll probably get a permaban. Sorry I took a while to respond...
