Okay, sounds good. You do not have to delete your Armor Quests to earn the "Nothing to Do" Quest. (It is not possible to delete your Armor Quests). However, when starting a new game you will have to make sure to earn all of the Armor Quests a second time. Although you may have already earned the Armor quest, you will ahve to make sure you earn them (in game) during the course of one play through.

You don't have to delete your previous save file, but you may have to start a new game in a new save slot.
I played the game a long time ago and beat it all. When I came back later to play the game, I could not start a "New Game +" on my old save file. I had to make a new save file.
Usually once you beat the game you will be able to start a "New Game +". (When you beat all the map objectives you have the option to do "New Game +". If you decide not to at that point you just have to finish all the challenges on every level and then you will be asked if you want to start the "New Game +".)
