    well, you better start praying, because from what I have seen, it will take a lot to change MGW into a christian.

    I think the only thing that will sway him now is if christ himself walked up to him, said I am real, proved it, and then taught him his gospel (before it was misinterpreted by human nature).

    that part i'm also going to have to shoot down.

    he told me how in his childhood, his dad taught him to question everything. when he thought he found an answer, he would debate with his dad until his dad won.

    this pattern continued on until his dad asked the question "what do you believe" and MGW finally said "I don't know". his dad said "good answer" and taught him that nothing is true.

    How do we know it's reality and not a vivid hallucination produced from an impaired brain? In a coma the blood flow and oxygen are slowed. The lack of this is known to produce very vivid hallucinations. Given even this basic understanding of how a coma functions this would seem the more likely case of what's going on even if we can't explain the high brain activity. Though I'm looking for such a report and so far am having a hard time finding such a case. There are also other things that can resemble a coma as well and there are also different degrees of comas as well.

    I don't see why one couldn't have such strong feeling from a NDE. Many NDEs have reports of it seeming absolutely real.
