   It was GR4s. And ye Tornados are pretty kl. I always like Harriers as a kid personally. Cheers cya in ay (hopefully lol)

   I wasnt particularly annoyed they used me as bait. Tornados are more manouverable and so it makes sense for us to be used as bait. Plus its a team effort, we all did our individual jobs to the best of our ability and came out on top. We dont actually fire anything. We just set our flight boxes to sim. you can tell if you were hit through computers on the ground checking the radar locks and angle of attack which determine the likeliness of a hit.

   Ye London has some big squadrons. I have taken part in sine international exercises with the americans. basically mock ACM. (which we won). It was a a 4 ship of harriers and a 4 ship of tornados vs f16s and f18s. They had better planes, but we had better tactics. We used the hook and drag technique, in basic terms using the harriers as bait for the tornados to get the kill. I was being tailed by an f16 for a while and had to chaff flares. However i dont know what the real thing is like.

   My lil bro got that and he says its really good, but as u can see from my xbox live thingy i won't be playing that til i get back from Afghanistan. Lol there is. I was 1 of 4 who was selected of 100 for harrier training and the only one to pass it. Kl i hope you get sergeant. Are there many cadets at your sqn? I visited a London sqn once and there were 130 or so cadets, seemed pretty large to me. They do have some hand held AA weapons, but the new GR9s should be able to handle those pretty easily. Il probably have to rely on my own skill than that of the reg. Thanks, il b on right up until the day before i leave so i might speak to u again. thanls again.

   Merry xmas.Im doing fine thanks. My xmas was ok i guess but i was away from my family on base. U? Thanks hehe just MS paint. Ahh so ur up for the cadet 100, good luck with that. Haha there is plenty of competition in the RAF especially if u want to be a fast jet pilot. Corporal eh a step in the right direction. Thanks. Yes it is. The Muhajadeen managed to shoot down around 40 or so Russian jets in the conflict, using captured Soviet weapons, mostly hand held hat seekers. Then again all you need to shoot down a plane is one bullet, kill the pilot and the plane is down.
