About

I was born with a plastic spork in my mouth. As a toddler I would often sit in the "hills" and listen to the sound of nature .. i still do that today.  I have always worked at least 2 jobs at once my entire life and eventually worked my way through college (with a little help from scholarships).  I graduated and became an Environmental Scientist (majored in Chemistry, minored in English Literature). I had the  privilege of working in that field for 7 years after graduation before being permanently laid off (due to down-sizing).  I have recently found another job in my field and absolutely love it!

    I'm doing fine. The chaparral around here has been the greenest I've seen in a while. I'm going to college next year, which I suppose will be another adventure.
