    Well, I had tried to get a sitter for my account for some time and no dice.

    I had tried other alliances to get a transfer, but no one (even the Dacians for crying out loud) wanted the account. 

    So, I figured since I'd go red and no longer contribute to the alliance, I might as well as delete the account.

    As for it not being an epic fail, LOL, it really was.

    I can't say everything that was said to me here (because I'd get banned for offensive language), but I can say more than a few of the slackers weren't happy that I followed through on my promise.

    I also concluded that after that MM, no one would want to sit for me.  After I faked their villages, even TheMartian (who I had sat for) cussed me out over the MM.

    The leadership was okay.  They did have trouble rallying their troops.  I lead a 30+ clan on RuneScape with Kent Knifen.  We could get our clan anywhere on the map in 5 mins.  Well that's impossible to do in Travian, it still shows that Croco, metalloc, and Ballsie Kong could have been better at getting info out, rallying, and overall defense prep.

    I'm not saying I wanted their jobs (as that would be both wrong and snottish) but I am saying they do need to improve.
