rocket race... weapons u need: ripper,photon blaster,terminator,assault bouncer,definitly the holy grail(because J.rockit has addreneline boost and the holy grail catches him on fire a little bit after.) either destroyer or flame thrower. if you have teleport ability use that. or a defensive ability. it took me at least 10 tries to finish that level and for equipment max health or addreneline boost utility shield battery and i recommend extra clips because you need as much ammo for the holy grail as possible. it is better to avoid the raze soldier because he has 200 health points for that level. (and he has a rocket launcher.) thats the basics of it. please ask me more if thats not enough!:)
