Hello, Armor Games!

Is it OK to target a game to Flash Player 11.2?
Do you support this Flash Player version?

The matter is - 11.2 introduces mouse lock in fullscreen mode, and fullscreen keyboard input, which means gameplay experience could be much more immersive.

On the other hand, on-page advertising is expected to be less effective. What do you think, guys?

The latest flash player is 11.3, and having an outdated flash player causes problems. Did you know about flash player 11.3 before making this thread?

Sure, I'm aware of 11.3 - but that was 11.2 that first introduced mouse lock in fullscreen mode (and my current build of Flash Pro CS6 doesn't have a 11.3 publishing option available yet).

So I'm curious, is it OK for Armor Games to accept flash games published in 11.2+ ?

I don't see why not.

@vincentpride We accept all flash versions. It's just a matter whether or not the users have flash player 11.2 on their systems. Last time we checked, ~70% of users had at least flash player 11.1. Unless you absolutely need some features in 11.2, I would suggest targeting the lowest flash player version you can. That way more users can play your game.
