and by that he means that he thinks you're showing off that you beat one of 20 000 AG games (Because of "WITH NO HELP" part)and now you're just hear to show your supremacy to fools like me

Couldn't have put it any other way.

I cant get any new eggs all I have is looni my inventory is nearly empty and I towards the end of the game can't exactly remember how you spell it but its the one where you kill puff no more. I also have no eggs in sanctuary but no eggs spawn when I kill monsters

Just kill monsters, luck and very much pacience is the only thing you need to get new eggs.
