I request that Flechico should be banned for flaming. He was flaming me for a month and I started Flaming him like a week or 2 ago. I got banned for flaming and he didn't. I asked him if he could stop but he still continues. This is not fair.
Moderators are thorough when investigating matters, taking all evidence into consideration when doling out punishments and warnings. All parties in any interpersonal dispute is dealt with appropriately based on the available evidence. Whether or not the other part was banned for whatever transpired is not your business. The fact that you never bothered to report the first incidence of flaming gives you no right to complain. You've also broken further rules by using an alt to circumvent your current ban. You've also gone through the wrong channel to complain. If you have an issue with another user, take it up with the other user, which you have done. If that does not resolve the issue, then take it to a moderator, not the forums. A moderator's decision is, to the best of their ability, fair and final.
