A random game button is under consideration for Armor Games v3.

And to elaborate a little... there was a random game section on the ArmorGames homepage in the past, but it was replaced with a section containing the online MMORPG games instead.

Many users have requested it's return since, but as Gantic correctly stated, it will only be considered for the new to come ArmorGames version 3.0! I guess you'll have to wait...

Bad idea
You should think about a original, creative or useful idea.

The fact is that almost all game sights have a random game button
In which webpages?
Just click on a game and it's okay, I mean, if you click on "Random button" it will appear a random game, %50 you'll like it and %50 you won't like it.
Then you won't use that button because it can appear a bad game.

I think he is actually looking for a way to be surprised with a new game... I think this appeals to a lot of people as it has been requested on numerous occasions before.

For gamers looking for a surprise, the fact that it might be a game they don't like is something the take for granted. And let's face it... you can always close your browser window if you dislike it, right?

This could be useful for someone who wants to try out as many different games as they can, but can't necessarily remember whether any particular game is one they've played or not just by seeing the title & icon of it (there are SO MANY!), and don't want to scroll though the pages of games 1 at a time, in each category separately, opening 1 game at a time & frequently seeing ones they already recently checked out.

But more realistically, I think it'd be useful for someone who plays & enjoys many games on AG, and isn't in the mood for something specific. As someone with OCD, I know that choosing a game from the few dozen in my Favorites list can be really though sometimes.

It also increases the chances of a person finding a game they'll like that they might not otherwise find & try just by browsing the games-lists.

A simple way to see whether you already played a certain game or not is by rating the game when you played it.

If you should come across it again when using such a random game button as an option, you can quickly see whether you already played it and what you thought of it!
