ok. the goal is to get to 100. i just started with the number one. the next person to post will post 2. this is a simple concept but it may prove challenging as we go on because people are dumb. and you can not just post the number, that is spam.
So what do you have at home? Just weights can pretty much give you everything you need.
I have two barbells, a curlbar, bench, and around 600 pounds in total of weights. The gym has a lot of machines that target specific muscles. What I have is decent, but not good enough. I wanted to do legs today, but I don't like doing squats. The gym has several machines that I can use to target my legs better.
What can you do at the gym that you can't achieve at home?
