Well, I went to dalek's profile when I noticed I could see trash cans on his page. Now, I'm obviously not a mod, so I'm confused. It shouldn't be there, right?

Locking this as soon as I have an answer because I already have 3 active threads.

It's a glitch that has been around for years. If you click it you'll be redirected to a 404 error page.
