New game on the site that I find to be worth talking about. How do you guys feel about the game? Any strategies? Preferred planet types? if so post them here!
It got repetittive after cleaning out the fourth planet. Dig, return to surface, craft, dig, return to surface, craft, dig, return to surface, craft, etc.
It may have been repetitive, but between the 'artifacts' (What's the next one going to be?) and the varying element proportions, I kept coming back - just one more upgrade! Gotta do a lava run! Crud, I need Titanium! Where's a planet with high _____ and good depth?
Man, I'm having a blast with the discovery pursue, but now I'm stuck. I can't find any gold!!! And you can't progress in the game without it! Where can I find gold, and what do I have to do to re-upgrade the heating thing? I can't go deeper than 50 in depth without it...
go select a new planet/asteroid etc to mine, pay attention to HIGH chance for gold, and make it an arctic planet (yes you get some small amount of damage over time but you can also go deeper without overheating). that should allow you to get deep enough to get your gold. remember NO single mine can get you everything you need so you need to relocate from time to time.
