Def: v To give a weak confirmation, usually contrary to one's origninal stance.
Example: Lead Advisor: "Sir, you need to give an encouraging speech in precisely one hour." Leader: "Ugghhhhh... Again? What if I refuse?" Lead Advisor: "You'd miss a great opportunity to rally the public. It could cost you a lot of votes in the next election." Leader: "Hrmph... Alright, I'll do it... I guess..."
