Yes its WWII and the official name is: Call of Duty: World at War
More Info: Set in a WWII Pacific environment and will be using Call of Duty 4's engine. More information will be released by Activision in Mid-Late June. Call of Duty: World at War will be released on for Wii, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, DS, PC.

So im kinda hyped exept that its is WWII. Modern is amazing!

Wow, I can't wait before it to come out! Every single series has just been and improvement of the last. Just think about it. CoD4 was so incredibly amazing, how in the world is it going to be better? It's going to be one crazy good game.

yeah i bet but i have only played 2, 3, 4, but not one....... i wonder if it is bad? But yeah i think that they should make the war in
New York lol. but were else can they put it i mean they have covered every place to fight....... of CoD5 go into the future *gasp*

A nice WW1 game has yet to be seen I am sure the CoD franchise could do something amazing with it..

Yes i would like to see a WW1 game however it would just be too horrible. Get up go over the trenches get gunned down. It would be way too hard.
