to become an admin do you first have to have expierience as a mod? if so, how long? also is there a time that you have had to been on armor games like how you have to have 12-18 months for mod?
Admins are payed employees of AG. They are normally developers for the site. It's a job. Mods don't get paid. Admins actually work for AG. Unless you're good at programming, you won't get in.
The admin requirements are much different from moderator requirements, since admins are paid employees of the site who work in the AG office and moderators are selected volunteers handpicked from around the site itself.
Most of what admins do is programming of some sort, so obviously they need some background in that. I'm sure that, like every job, there's an interview process of some kind. If Dan thinks they're fit for the job, they're hired and they become site admins. It has nothing to do with having experience as a moderator or anything else related to AG.
Think of the admins as the engineers behind the site and the moderators as the police. You don't need police experience to become an engineer; they're two different jobs with completely different requirements.
