Ok, so I played this game for awhile. Then I started a mission to upgrade the factory in one of the locations. Instead of a normal screen I was shown some kind of debug mode with a game map zoomed out. After refreshing the page, my save now reads day 30, progress undefined. I've lost all the progress, money, locations, achievements. Is there any way to fix it? If not, screw it, I won't start from the beginning.
My bad I came at a time that all concerning it got off the frontpage, but some say you can get around it - by pressing esc and navigating to 'exit' with your keyboard - then you're supposedly taken back to the proper factory upgrade level
Good thing i had a local save from only a few ingame days before
I've had this bug, but there are more than just this one. I "shot" an ATM and the screen went black and the game was gone. Hopefully they can fix all these problems because it's a really good game
if your progress has been reset follow these steps:1)log in 2)start new game at the same memory card 3)wait to load 4)refresh the page 5)go to the game again
If your save is "lost" the last thing you should do is start new game in same slot. Just try any combination of following: 1. refresh page 2. click on your account name under save slots, then click "continue" in pop-up 3. log out from AG and then log back in
Steps 1 and 2, sometimes repeated several times, always work for me. Remember, this is AG's fault, not developers (look at amount of threads where people have troubles with online saves in different games).
You can always try making a back up of your AG files
