beat every one of the normal levels on endurance, all settings maxed (including shadow clash and waves get tougher faster), by killing every one of the 1337 waves per level.(also ofcourse get all battle amulets and break all tombs on the level if there are any) then play every pylon level with max settings, kill something like 6K monsters and win the level right after you summoned just one monster less than you killed (this gets you 508 summoning multiplier) now if you have done that and still want more points you are going to have to do the impossible: get a huge summoning multiplier in a game with +20 waves, rest maxed. I don't think that is possible but hey you asked what else can be done....
