when the thing starts where you earn AP with achievements, what about the games that dont give achievements? will we still somehow earn points? how? will it just knid of like make up its own achievemnets or sometthing?

No. Only games with achievements will reward points. I'm not sure how it'll work yet though, they haven't specified that the developer will add them or the staff.

AP as you know it now will be from achievements. Comments and forum posts will reward reputation, check the stickied threads in the AG3 subforum for more information.
