Clans are to be kept out of the forums. If you want to discuss clan-related things, my suggestion is to do so via your via your messenger rather than creating a thread about it.
Ask the people in your clan what they would do to improve it. They'd know better than anyone. Not everyone is affiliated with a clan, and many of the people who are don't use the forums on a regular basis, so you'll have the best luck if you ask people who are specifically in your clan; after all, they're really the only people who would actually benefit from any improvements you made.
