Rule of thumb is three minor offenses, such as repeated spamming/swearing. Major offenses such as hacking get an instant permaban. Generally from what I've seen and the users I've seen go, most are permabanned due to the former reasoning.

More extensive list of bannable reasons...not complete, but enough to get a good idea.

I had my other 7 accounts permabanned upon requests.

only 3? does this get reset after a certain amt of time?

Ask a mod. This is as far as my awareness goes. Or altenatively, just be a good user and don't get sent to the naughty corner frequently.
