There's a new game on the site (But it's extremely weird... Or extremely deep. It's up for speculation) that seems to pave the way to a new game. They basically left on on a cliffhanger, but I noticed many things throughout the game while playing.

Second: I would like to discuss the weird stuff within the game.
There's a man eating monster, that seems to be eating the guy who wanted the cane. (That bit of the game terrified me when it started walking up to me and I couldn't move)
Everything seems to be a dream. You die countless times but always wake up in a different location. (Reminds me of Inception the movie)
The weird guy that follows you around and tells you to stop playing is also kind of freaky. (Especially when the scary music comes on the first time you meet him, and you watch as he blows your brains out). I don't know who he is, but I'm assuming that would be answered in the sequel. (That goes for anything I'v stated above).

In the second level, after you've encountered the man eating monster, and back in your bedroom. Stand under the poster of yourself standing in the same direction as it and jump. This will give you the last orb. It took me a few run throughs to finally figure that out.
