I can't get my 4th surviver even though i doubled all the requirements and am like, a level 9! Can someone please help or tell me what to do.
Reload the game. Your survivor should appear.
nope, still says i meet all the requirements, but im still not getting it.
Did you also meet the requirements in the gray box that says how many beds of what level you should have built?
