I currently plank for about four hours per day. I try get in as much as i can, mainly after a long day at work. I usually begin at around 1am, finish around 5am. If i had more time, i'd dedicate myself a little more to it. I mean i literally wish i could get a solid 8 hours of planking in every night.

Oh, i plank in the same spot every night. I find it a better way to show commitment. The spot is usually my bed, i get a vibe there. I usually close my eyes too, looks cooler.
