As title say I can't play.From offical site I can play but if I try to play from armorgames it's only show a black screen.

I have played at Clash of the dragons and I must say it is not as I imagined.

However have you tried to update, upgrade and update the page? Sometimes when you lose for a second line to the Internet just update and resumes charging; In your case still had to appear and load screen.
