Back when I was Runescape124, my most popular RPG was the Elements of Disaster series. Well, I've decided to bring it back . This RPG will have some multiplayer characteristics, such as hearing explosions across the city that were caused by another player, leaving wreckage behind and other players coming across it, etc.

Power: Speed, reflexes, etc. Basically when in danger (Or if he learns to control it) he can make time go slower for him and therefore move and react faster.
Sub-Power: Particle distribution. Bleu is also able to change molecule distribution to fit different situations, so he can make his skin harder at certain places, he can distribute himself to be able to move through some objects, etc.
(I hope this is ok)

(For your power, that seems like Super Muscle Reflexes, being able to run very fast and be very agile, and for the Sub-Power one sounds like Self-Particlization. Can you change your powers names to those, please? They're slightly easier to understand, lol)
