Hello, and welcome to the Medal of Honor thread. This thread is about the Medal of Honor games, but if you want to talk about the medal itself, then you can do that.
The new installment, Warfighter, will come out in about a month or so. But this thread isn't just about this game, it's about all of the games in the series, from 1999 to present day.
Why did I make this thread? Because I haven't seen a thread about the game series, so that's my reason.
Here's what I'll say about this game series. I love it. I may not have played all of the games, but I have played some and they're very atmospheric in the sense. The enemies' death animations were funny in the old games and I like that they threw grenades back at you instead of not noticing it.
I'm kind of not a fan of being a one man army in a game, but in Medal of Honor, it doesn't seem that bad. And I know the teammates are not much help in some of the later games, but the one thing I like about the teammates is that the enemies have multiple targets to go for, not just one guy.
And I don't mind the modern era setting of 2010 and Warfighter, but it'd be cool if they go back to WW2 and/or the Vietnam War in a future game.
So, that's my thoughts on the game series in general.
Hopefully you input your thoughts on the game, and please don't just come here to say "MOH suckz, COD rulez!" or have flamewars because that's unpatriotic and unsportsmanlike.
loved the old games. untill the restarted whit the name "medal of honor"(nothing extra and no number) again. from that point i lost interest because of the gameplay and settings of the new serie.
