You know how ArmorGames has the Armatars, well why can't you have your own, custom Avatars? So for example if someone didn't really know what to choose from the Armatar section, they could just upload their own. With basically just a little blue link next to your account name saying 'Upload Custom Avatar'.
They didn't want it because there was a high likelihood that people uploaded non PG armatars. This being a PG website.....Also, because of possible copyright issues.
