You learn something new every day, whether or not you realize it right away. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Today I learned the difference between bowler hats, pork pie hats and fedoras. Before today, they were all just fedoras to me. It never occurred to me that all three of these different hat styles had different names.
I also learned that Roseanne is Jewish, and that gummy shot glasses exist.
It doesn't have to be anything life-changing or significant or anything, just something that you learned. So AG, I ask you now, what did you learn today?
I learned that Hayden Christensen had a special Darth Vader suit constructed for him instead of having a different actor play Darth Vader, as they did in the original films.
If AP still existed, I would be less than 100 away from reaching 50,000.
The restoration of that thread and every post in it has bumped my theoretical AP about 200 points above the 50,000 mark. Now that the thread has returned, the possibilities are endless.
Learned that I've gone to the school library so much that one of the library helpers asked this question; "Do you read fast or do you just not like books?"
Well if I didn't like books I guess you wouldn't be seeing much of me at the library would you?
I learned that theres a little red dot next to my name that sometimes turns green, and also dont drink a whole bottle of dr pepper before a 2 hour driving lesson.. xp
