So I have a small collection of Freeware games on my computer, and I'm looking to increase it. So this thread is about Freeware and sharing it to the populace of the AG community.
When I say Freeware I mean: Free Games Were Always Free Preferably Under 1 GB, but no real limit
Freeware does not mean games that normally cost money, but you ripped it off. NO TORRENTS purely Free indie games. I would recommend a good anti-virus program before downloading anything. I am not responsible for anything that happens with downloads.
Not really too much of a computer gamer, but I might know some nice freeware games.
Music Racer - If you've ever heard of Audiosurf, this is basically a free alternative to it. Insanely hard, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty nice.
Armagetron Advanced - A 'Tron racer" style game, you use a lightcycle to try and trap opponents in your light trails, attempting to be the last survivor. A nice game, though online you can meet some real pros, so be warned.
Cave Story - An old and popular game, basically a Game Boy style game for the PC. Fun and time consuming, though you do have to install a patch to play it in English.
Savage 2 - This game may take upp a little more space, but...well it's absolutely amazing. You'll have to try it to find out why.
Also, if you have Steam (free sign-up and totally worth it), then there are two prominent free and popular games that can be found there: Team Fortress 2 (A fast-paced and fun cartoon-style arena shooting game) and Spiral Knights (Also a fun game based on co-op, somewhat of an adventure or fantasy genre type).
