Has anyone else heard of this new law? Seriously i wish, even through this is never gonna happen, that politicians actually started learning about the internet. Maybe from us "nerds" as they stated during SOPA.

1. this is arizona, stuff like this is normal when it's coming from their overly conservative government.

2. there is no real way to track trolls, and I don't think anyone will want to waste resources trying.

If you get me names of those responsible, I'll put my trollface on. Twitter, Facebook, whatever. Hopefully the bill doesn't pass, but the moment you lighten up is the moment such laws are made.

You cannot pass laws governing the internet! It isn't sovereign territory, it's a free will-driven entity. On top of the methods and ethics behind the internet, telling someone that they can't be critical, or plain mean, totally breaks away from the basis of free will this nation was built on. I have a RIGHT to wear a KKK uniform and march down Times Square if I have the proper papers! I have a RIGHT to raid a deviantart with gore and porn if his material is absurdly low-quality! I have a RIGHT to be as cynical, *******-ish, and antagonistic as my Anonymous *** **** well pleases.

Gentlemen! We shall troll the Government so hard and so fast they'll be trolled to all troll ****. In all seriousness through, this is **** ****, through this bill will probably not get off the ground. Also on another note, has anybody noticed they are during the same in New York too?

And this is why I get so upset. Who do they think they are? They can not control something that isn't theirs. The net is everyone's and should be owned by NO ONE and NO GOVERNING FORCE. It won't pass and we won't let it.

You mean I am not going to be allowed to troll, that is kinda of dumb.

I STRONGLY DISLIKE ARIZONA (the weather isn't that bad, but it looks barren and can get really hot)

25 years for trolling? That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. What happened to freedom of speech, one of America's most glorious rights?

And doesn't Arizona's state government have better things to do with their time? As in, don't they have more important stupid laws to enforce?

Hah, I was actually considering moving to Arizona... now I'm not so sure! I don't plan to do any trolling any time soon, but if they take crap like this seriously enough to actually put people in PRISON for it, that's definitely not a state I'd feel safe living in!

First of all, there is a difference between trolling and bullying. I've seen the fiference, trollers have seen it, and non-trollers seen it. Trolling is something that us more of folling around with a person. Bullying is saying hurtful words. See the difference?

Wow, I feel like this would be very hard to inforce. So many people would be in trouble. Time could be better spent on other things. Filling prisons with people who "troll" just seems ridiculous. Sometimes people say troll-ish things as a joke or sarcastically and then people will be thrown in prison? Trolling may be a problem sometimes but I think this is taking things a step too far.
