Welcome. If something is unclear sorry for my english. I don't know how this happen. My online save is gone. I was playing yesterday I had all stars to first map with magma golem (map looking like a circle). Please help, I didn't erase them. I don't know what to do and I don't want to play it third time in a row all from beggining.
Try reading through this stickied thread (Blue threads at the beginning of the forums) about Loosing Online Save Files. It is located at the top section of this same forum.

I contacted Justin and he don't give a **** about my saves from kingdom rush. He didn't even reply my message.
...I've never had Justin ignore an email. Try it again? If not, leaving a comment with Ferret: http://armorgames.com/user/Ferret. I don't know if he could help, but if Justin can't help, he probably can, or at least point you in the right direction.

I really can't imagine Justin ignoring an email, ever... a possible explanation could be that he missed yours as there are bound to be plenty more users sending him email with all sorts of topic other than needing help (this is called spam LOL), so yours might have been accidentally shoveled into the trash can along with the poo... =/

I will just start new game. Third time... Because i already klicked a new game after I saw i don't have my online save. Almost all maps maked on heroic and iron chalange ;/
