Here's a question I'm not sure many have considered:
After what EVE has done to the genre, and among all the twitch controlled space MMOs that seem to be coming out, can another point-n-click space sandbox MMOG be made?
I don't mean technically. I'm sure someone could go and build one right now.
I mean...could they be successful with it, could it compete? For lack of better words.
Or would it be doomed by, for example, its use of, what seems to be regarded as, an archaic control system, or the inevitable 'EVE clone' claims, among other things? _____________________________________________________________
Here's a random thought...and another question to answer:
How well do you think a game like that could work here at Armor Games? A space sandbox game.
