Funniest Comedian? Well, there's Seth Rogen, Adam Sandler, Jim Carrey, Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy etc. out of the American actors.

Stand-up: Frankie Boyle, Dylan Moran, Billie Connoly, Jason Manford, Russel Howard; where do I begin? These stand-ups are British; if you are foreign or American, you might not've heard of 'em...

Nobody has mentioned Russell Peters? I've yet to see anybody as consistently funny as he is.
