For PC 1. Open Internet Explorer (Lol, I know, but it doesn't work on Chrome) 2. Play the game online 3. Open Tools 4. Internet Options 5. Go down to Browsing History and click Settings 6. View Files 7. Now look for a .SWF file. It will have a huge size and the name will most likely be similar to the name of the game you want. 8. When you find it, copy and paste it into your computer somewhere. 9. Open it with a browser and play.
Some games are sitelocked, which means this won't work. The game won't appear in your browser, and a message might say "This game is sitelocked."

For Phone 1. It depends on what phone you have. It'll only work with a smartphone. 2. Download it from an app store of some kind. That's it.
If you want to put a game on your cellphone, and I mean a smartphone, then you can go into a App store and download the Crush the Castle 2 App for free. I have it on my phone. On a computer however, I know nothing about that. But Salvidian already told you about it. =)
