Ha, anybody who has no points to their name has the lowest rank. Given that as soon as you gain any points you run up the list like 70000 spots, that's a lot of people.
However, it's a safe bet that any of the Great Debate profiles are going to stay at the bottom as they were created by the moderators and are used only for other people posting comments in them, so they'll never score any points.
