OK so I went to the Video Games forum and when I tried to post a comment it said I had to wait 30 seconds.

It's already been like 12 HOURS and it still says I have to wait 30 seconds!

Can you help me out?

Did you try to refresh the page? Normally this works fine and gives you the ability to submit again. And make sure you don't have several pages opened at the same time...

Having several tabs open shouldn't affect the time you have to wait between posting/commenting, but as others said, refresh/f5 or hard refresh/ctrl+f5 should make it work.

Yeah, ctrl+ f5 always does it for me.
