I don't have Xbox so I really cant help you, try googleing it. That will give you many ways to fix it.

just give too gamestop they will keep it for a week (or so) and then you go too the store (or sometimes they mail it) and pick it up.

dont attempt to fix it yourself, that might void the warranty, if your warrenty is already out anyways, then it doesnt matter.

pay about 30 bucks to get a new disk reader and CD tray drive. It can easily be fixed. Just get some cash and a repair store.

^True, if you do that though, you will end up paying a lot more. But your chances of it damaging more a slim that way.

Its better off if you send it in cause that happend to my friends xbox 360, it takes them 1 (or more weeks depending on the problem) or more weeks to fix it for you.
