You should be more specific with what you mean when you say it doesn't load.
If you think the problem can be resolved contact them describing your problem or you can do it on GetSatisfaction.

Why won't it load? That sounds strange to me. If it's a specific game, let me know as well.

Seeing as everything works well enough for me, it's probably a problem on your end. Try using a different browser (IE8, Chrome, Fyrefox), make sure you have the latest edition of flash (Adobe offers free updates), and then empty your cache.
