If you mean lower the prices of premium content; that isn't possible for the administrators to do, since they don't own the game.
You could contact the creators of the game, but even at that I'd be surprised if they lowered their prices.

You should put this suggestion to the Dino Storm forums. The Armor Games Admins don't make the game.
