Many people are starting to not care about life so they decide to hurt themselves, but do you think this is necessary for their angst and depression.
on the other side, they have a freedom to do what they want. That is the cool thing about America. and as Disturbed says in haunted(What exactly does freedom mean if I'm not free to be as twisted as I wanna be?)
