We've mass deleted some comments from the site. These mostly include inappropriate or irrelevant comments on game pages. Examples are: "Hi" "lol" "wtf" "hehe"... some people spam these comments to AP farm, and will fine that that AP is now vanished. It is not a glitch, you are likely not commenting correctly.
They do not contribute to the conversation. There will be more closer moderation as times goes forward as well. People post amazing comments, those should be seen.
To stand ground next to Ferret on the topic... the ONLY situation where a (suppositly good) extensive comment gets deleted, if when it's completely off topic and/or has no content to it for the game in question. And with that... it automatically becomes a spam comment for being completely off topic and therefor gets deleted...
Example :
Game comments are made for the game "LOOT The Game" (great game btw... you should definitely play it!). All are on topic, but suddenly one pops up stating:
I love this game! I like to rate games which gives me a feeling of having contributed to the game and show the developer how good it was by clicking 10/10 for it! I love it!
Basically... you could completely strip that particular comment from all it's added diversion text that has no suitable on topic content and you would then have this left :
I love it! 10/10
And this is... -in short- ...spam. And we don't want spam...
Deleting one worded comments? but i like to say games are "awesome" or "fun". I write long comments once in a while on games i LOVE, but others i have 1 worded comments. This seems unfair

The reason for the comments is to let other users that are about to play or have played it what you thought of the game both positively and negatively (not in a mean way..in a constructive criticism way) as well as the maker of the game.
You never read on the Helppage or the TaC (which you accepted on registering here), dont you?
since when does anyone read the Terms and Conditions.
Frankly, I have a couple hundred spam comments myself, but I later rectified that. (I now try to be as constructive as possible, posting suggestions to make the game better)
(ex: some games have awkward controls (little fine tuning) so I will often post a suggestion to fix that.)
