Is anyone else noticing the toolbar that pops up at the bottom of the page that redirects to the Topic Torch website and says things like "redirect page" and "Wp Blog"? There's also a little search box in the bottom right corner that says "Apache Mod". I have to assume this is exclusive to AG and not just to my browser because it doesn't pop up on any other sites.
Does anyone else see it, and more importantly, do you know how to get rid of it?
Haven't seen it pop up when visiting ArmorGames... yet... but I followed your link and the alarm bells went off the very second the page was loading! My virus scanner immediately blocked the web address.
This would suggest this is not a website one might want to use/visit... (O.o)
I lean towards thinking this is a virus/pop up add on your end. So is it still popping up whenever you visit ArmorGames now Skeleton_Pilot? Try having your virus scanner run a complete scan first...
Ayee! Well, I had my virus scanner run a virus scan yesterday just to be safe, but for some reason I couldn't delete a file called MyFreezeToolbar... turns out I performed the same virus scan on August 30 and came up with the same results! Odd that the toolbar itself didn't show up until last night...
So, how the hell do I get rid of this blasted thing?
I'm assuming you use windows? Try deleteing the toolbar through your configuration page and the software alteration/deletion option given in Windows... sometimes they state the part you want to get rid of in there and it's easy to uninstall that way. =)
