You don't have a problem with your profile sos5102... it's merely the servers that fail to connect to your computer, either because of a failing internet connection on your side, or a 'hickup' from their side.
All you can do is wait, refresh the page and try to login again. =)

Also, like MrDayCee and I said their servers may just be going through some hiccups, nothing for it but to wait in that case. Or to contact the game developers about it/check their forums whatever.
I am having exact same problem as sos5102. The The Last Stand: Dead Zone loads assets successfully, then stalls indefinitely while its "connecting to server: retrieving my profile". I have tried all the tips suggested on this thread, and all the tips suggested at ConArtist's tech support thread. This issue has been going on for days. Any advice?
