Hold the Crtl key down, and scroll with your mouse.

I am using a laptop. I do not have a mouse to scroll with. Any other options?

Maybe your browser settings are set to a level higher than 100% and thus blow out the game screens too much. Have you tried looking into the settings and see if you can pre-set the game screen size to 100% or less?

@Daycee, it's most likely in MMO's only since all of them are too big to fit the whole AG screen, fine on their original websites.
You need to have it set lower than 100% in order to see everything in the game.

Well, to give you a counter argument Ghost... I use FireFox on my laptop with zoom set to 100% and all games (MMO included) are showing within the browser screen, in fact... even less than the complete screen size. =)

I am at 100% the lowest setting I can go. Ctrl and -/+ don't make any changes either. Looks like I'll use my time playing other games I can see the whole screen.

Have you tried clicking outside the game screen before using Ctrl and +/-? If not, Ctrl and +/- only work after clicking outside the game screen.

Look at the first couple of post you can set resolution smaller and press view full screen with some view setting and make sure the resolution is not above average

Click somewhere on the screen that isn't the game, the url, or a link. Then press F11

Manually adjust your computer screen size via control panel.

Well, I have it at 100% on both Opera and Chrome and almost always have to manually adjust the screen size.
